What you may do
You may read the site, explore its interactive tools, and link to it. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may act on what you learn using your own independently built work.
What you may not do
- No scraping or bulk extraction of the site’s pages, its API, or the datasets behind it, in whole or in substantial part.
- No republication — copying, mirroring, framing, redistributing, or re-hosting the content, code, charts, or findings in any medium without prior written permission.
- No commercial use in a product, service, newsletter, or paid research offering without a licence.
- No misrepresentation — presenting the research or analysis as your own, or implying endorsement or affiliation.
Permission or licensing requests: reach the author via GitHub (alev-12).
Third-party data
Prices come from Yahoo Finance and the index-constituent history from public sources. Those datasets belong to their providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. The site claims no ownership of the raw data, only of the code and the analysis built on it.
No warranty, no advice
The site is an educational research project, provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation about any security. The central finding is a null result — that earnings-day gaps do not predict forward returns. Past performance does not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
